Who we are

At px Group, we aren’t just committed to the energy transition. We’re out there making it happen. Working to ensure that sites and assets deliver on their promise to power the transition. And driving decarbonisation for a greener future. We don’t just manage complex energy and industrial sites. We manage them as though they are our own. And as a site owner and operator in our own right, we have a unique perspective - and a skillset to match.

Our commitment to zero harm

At px Group we believe that harm to people, the environment, the assets we operate on behalf of our clients CAN and MUST be prevented.

We call this ZERO Harm and our ZERO Harm Charter describes our expectations and commitment to preventing harm to People, Environment, Assets and hence our clients and our own Reputation (PEAR). We believe that ZERO Harm is fundamental and underpins our values and behaviours, balances management of both process and workplace safety and is embedded in our everyday business culture.

We have 30 years’ experience in operating safely and maintaining high levels of reliability of high hazard, complex, highly regulated assets in the energy and infrastructure sectors including the 370 acre Saltend Chemicals Park near Hull, UK which we acquired in 2018.

We are justifiably proud of outstanding safety performance sustained over many years which comes from the positive attitudes and behaviours of our people; robust, efficient and effective systems and the highest standards and focus on not harming people, the environment or our assets.

Specialist job. Specialist expertise.

Managing complex energy and industrial assets is a specialist job – particularly if you want to meet the highest safety standards and do so with maximum efficiency and security of supply. As the energy transition brings its own challenges, it calls for very specific expertise to combine O&M with engineering and energy solutions.

Our highly-skilled, multidisciplinary know-how covers everything from optimising energy assets so they improve efficiency, reduce carbon footprints and save money, to engineering the integration of new technology. All the while, we provide pragmatic infrastructure management, ensuring that sites, assets and technology work together safely and optimally.

More than an operator

At px Group, we have a track record of successfully managing sites owned by some of the leading names in energy services. We can – and often do – take care of everything for a client, even beyond their core business.
As site owners ourselves, we have an insider’s appreciation of what’s important. Because there’s a difference between focusing on processes and focusing on solutions. And between advising on implications and having to live with them.

The owner’s mindset has taught us that the key to being an excellent operator is to be more than an operator. We understand how complex sites, assets and technologies must work together. How they must form one mutually-reliant system. We’re more than willing to take ownership; we’re proud of our immaculate safety record and our growing international portfolio of loyal clients and partners.
